After dinner Friday evening we gather for a Hudson River Sunset.

Once in The Circle, Beryl Hay & Joanne Pierotti will lead the interactive discussion:

A candle ceremony will remind us

to tend to our spirit.

We'll have some time under the stars before a restorative yoga pajama party.

After breakfast Saturday, relax with a sound healing meditation with Pritam Bani Kaur of Devotion Studio.

Saturday afternoon enjoy the pool

or walk the labyrinth.

Take a nature walk and gather the material for our evening craft with artist Linda Moser.

Candice & Russ Borner

will offer chair massages from

1 - 4 PM.

We'll watch the sunset after dinner,

create a nature craft and meet in a reiki circle later in the evening. Sit and receive.

Sunday after breakfast, Mary Ellen O'Brien will guide us towards our True Essence.

A fire ceremony will help us leave behind what no longer serves, and celebrate our hopes and dreams.

We never say goodbye.

PranaMoon Yoga of Peekskill offers a drop in class riverside for $10 every Sunday at 10 AM.

Sundays in September and October will feature

a healer's village under the shady tree.
