Never thought I'd say this but here goes:
I joined an early morning fitness bootcamp!
3 times a week, I get up and sweat with a group on Zoom.
That's where I remembered a valuable truth.
Whatever we are looking for doesn't come and sit in our lap.
We have to get up and walk towards it. Listen in!
