Hello!

My life is filled to the brim as the Director of the Retreat Center at Graymoor,  podcaster, speaker, retreat leader,  and founder of Let It Shine Inc.

 where I run pop up markets, 

a thrift store and a food pantry.   

It sounds like a lot - but it's all one thing:

 I gather love and give it away. 

I could talk about mindfulness and self care all day - 

and have been honored to do so for Westchester Women's Summit, ALS of Greater NY, 

The Giordano Foundation for Women Veterans, 

 Westchester Community College,

 Mariandale Retreat Center to name a few...
