Hello!

My life is filled to the brim as the Director of the Retreat Center at Graymoor, podcaster, speaker, retreat leader,  and founder of Let It Shine Inc.

 where we run pop up markets, 

a thrift store and a food pantry.   

It sounds like a lot - but it's one thing:

 I gather love and give it away. 

I could talk about mindfulness and self care all day - 

and have been honored to do so for 

Westchester Women's Summit, ALS of Greater NY, 

The Giordano Foundation for Women Veterans, 

 Westchester Community College,

 Mariandale Retreat Center to name a few...  

My next event big event is a 

Shine on Women's Weekend

 at Mariandale Aug. 15 - 17.
