I'm happy you found this page!
I am the Executive Director of the
Holy Mountain Retreat Centers in Garrison, NY
I'm also a radio host,
podcaster, speaker, retreat leader,
and founder of Let It Shine Inc.
where we run pop up markets,
a thrift store, a food pantry and
we offer free summer lunches for kids
and free summer yoga for everyone.
It sounds like a lot - but it's one thing:
I gather love and give it away.
WHY?
Because we are here to create, as far as I can tell,
and the best thing for me to create is a
good feeling in other people.
It lights me UP!
When you elevate someone's spirit
it lifts them to a new place and from that place
that can see new things for themselves.
I''d love to give a talks and workshops!
I've been honored to create programs for
Westchester Women's Summit, ALS of Greater NY,
The Giordano Foundation for Women Veterans,
NAMI Westchester, Support Connection,
Mariandale Retreat Center to name a few...
My next big event is a
Shine on Women's Weekend
at Mariandale March 6 - 8.
