I'm probably out in the backyard in my "mepee" with my chickens & pugs dreaming up something new!

My life is filled to the brim as a radio host, podcaster, speaker, retreat leader, restorative reiki healer and founder of Let It Shine Inc. where I run a market, thrift store and food pantry.   It sounds like a lot - but it's all one thing: I gather love and give it away. 

I could talk about mindfulness and self care all day - 

and have been honored to do so for Westchester Women's Summit, ALS of Greater NY, The Giordano Foundation for Women Veterans, 

The Staff at Westchester Community College, Mariandale Retreat Center and The Graymoor Spiritual Life Center to name a few...
